Orders

All placed orders are available and accepted. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Spiceherbsland sells the products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. However, we reserve the right not to deliver selected advance payment products due to production complications or quality check issues. In such cases you would be notified by e-mail and get a refund to you credit or debit card within 30 days of being advised that an item has become unavailable.

Spiceherbsland keeps records of transactions for a minimum of one year.

 

Pricing policy

Prices that you find on spiceherbsland are in EURO, VAT included. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. Prices displayed on the website at the time of your order will be taken into consideration. Prices are subject to changes from time to time.

 

Acceptance of your order

Once you have placed an order, you will be notified by e-mail about the details of your order. This e-mail serves as a confirmation that we have received your order.

Unless there is a cancellation of your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the customer and spiceherbsland will be completed when you receive an e-mail regarding the dispatch of the goods.

Spiceherbsland is unable to accept your order in the event of refusal of authorisation for payment, items being out of stock, withdrawal of the product or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Spiceherbsland is not liable to you by reason of withdrawing any merchandise from spiceherbsland  , whether or not that product has been sold. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or edit any information or content on the website.

 

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apply Pay, Google Pay and more. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once the order is placed via spiceherbsland All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised, Spiceherbsland is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery

All purchases made via www.spiceherbsland.lv are dispatched exclusively within the European Union (EU) via DPD. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
Delivery menthods: Home Delivery, And Locker Delivery.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, typically ranging from 3 to 10 days.

Upon delivery, responsibility for the purchased product transfers to the customer. Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a wrong or faulty product, we will either replace it or refund the price paid, along with reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that refunds do not cover priority or premium postal services, nor insurance fees.

However, once a product has been opened or used, or if the return is based on personal preference rather than a defect, we cannot process a refund.
